This directory contains PDF versions of all current Technical Security Branch (TSB) operational forms. These forms are proprietary and restricted for the use of authorized TSB personnel only. They are for the most part, worksheets designed to ensure that proper documentation is maintained for each sweep inspection. It is therefore important to ensure that all TSB forms and reports are completed accurately at the time the sweep is conducted or as soon as possible at the conclusion of the sweep inspection.
